  • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable and are governed by the gateway provider's terms
  • We do not control or receive these fees

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:

  • We will investigate the matter thoroughly
  • We may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account may be permanently suspended
  • We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback

7. Refund Exceptions
